Message	of what it will cost you to rebuil locally. Then compare it to Kyle's prices (IPP). You may think that you can save a little money locally. Now consider that one small mistake can cause you to do some or all of it all over again. Search and read some horror stories on this site. ........... I say talk to Kyle.
